Warranty Policy

ES Lacrosse recognizes that sometimes an item may not meet expectations due to a defect or breakage and may need to be returned.  When returning an item under warranty, please follow the below policy.

  • All warranty returns must be accompanied by the ES Lacrosse receipt.
  • Clearance and close out sales are final and not under warranty.
  • Protective equipment, cleats, bags and complete sticks are under warranty to be free from defects under normal use for 30 days from date of original purchase. Altering equipment voids the warranty.
  • Helmets are under warranty to be free from defects under normal use for 1 year from date of original purchase. Altering the helmet voids the warranty.
  • ES Lacrosse will make every attempt to immediately replace the warranty item.  If a replacement is not available or cannot be ordered in a timely manner, ES Lacrosse will issue an in-store credit.
  • Most lacrosse heads and handles come with a 6-month warranty from the date of original purchase.
    • For the initial 30 days of warranty, ES Lacrosse will replace any head and handle in store.
    • After 30 days, customers are required to submit warranty claim and proof of purchase (ES Lacrosse receipt) for a replacement directly to the manufacturer.
    • Altering the head voids the warranty. This includes, but is not limited to: pinching, dying, melting, or bending.
    • Stringing components are not covered under warranty.
    • Dents, dings and scratches will occur during normal use and are not covered under warranty.
    • This warranty policy covers a one-time replacement on the original purchased item only.
  • ES Lacrosse cannot accept merchandise purchased from other retailers.
