  • Most Versatile Pocket
  • Moderate hold and whip
  • Great for Passing and Shooting
  • Most used pocket in Lacrosse

Who would use this pocket?

  • This pocket can be used at any position, great for just starting out and getting a feel for what you like and dislike
  • Most commonly seen at mid-field, mid-fielders like this because they play both sides of the field and this head allows them to be able to do that effortlessly

High Pocket

  • Increased hold and whip
  • Quick Release
  • Easier to pick up Ground Balls

Who would use this pocket?

  • Crease attack men that want to get the ball out of their stick as quick as possible
  • Defenseman, typically LSM’s (Long Stick Middy’s), who are ground ball machines
